Unfortunately we do not offer ad-hoc website maintenance services. This is because experience has taught us that regular maintenance is much more effective. Without it your website becomes neglected, damaging your reputation (and search engine rankings) and leaving your site vulnerable to attack. Just like your car, it costs more to fix your website when something goes wrong, than it does to properly maintain it…
Our care plans are there to ensure that your website stays in tip-top shape. Website hacking is however on the increase and we cannot guarantee that this won’t happen. Rest assured though, if it does, we’ll be right there to help you get it sorted. If your website is hosted by our recommended hosting partner we’ll liaise with them on your behalf, to ensure that you’re back up and running as quickly as possible.
We can’t promise that your website won’t be hacked, but we can promise that we’ll do everything in our power to prevent it. We’ll also be there to assist in the restoration and clean-up of the website (with one of your hosting company’s back-ups).
We don’t ask you to sign up to lengthy contracts – in fact we don’t ask you to sign up to a contract at all. We want you to work with us because you’re delighted with the service we provide.
If for any reason you become dissatisfied with the service we offer, or the results we are delivering, you can cancel at any time by giving us 30 days’ notice.
